In the beginning, which was February of 2009, there wasn't a Sol 'n Tyne. But by the end of August there was. Thanks go to the River Cottage series and Hugh and to Evan for turning us on to another way of life.
With 1200 tomato plants quickly pushing their way to the light the 2010 growing season is already taking on a life of it's own.
So we decided to create this blog to help keep friends, family, and customers up-to-date on what's happening on the farmette in the valley on Wells Creek. As often as we can we will add updates on produce available, interesting stories, and Gus sightings (hopefully not). Recipe suggestions for in season produce, photos, and other odd tidbits.
